Terms and Conditions for Dog Training Services

**1. Booking and Deposit**

1.1. In order to secure your reservation for our dog training services, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is mandatory and will be applied to the total cost of the training program.

**2. Refund Policy**

2.1. Dog behavior is dynamic and can be influenced by various factors, including the owner's commitment to training and consistency in applying the techniques learned. It is important to understand that dog training results are contingent upon the owner's continued efforts beyond the training sessions.

2.2. Once training has commenced, there are no money-back guarantees or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to the dog's behavior or owner's satisfaction with the training progress.

**3. Cancellation Policy**

3.1. To cancel a reservation for our Board and Train program, clients are required to provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled check-in date.

3.2. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 per dog.

**4. Rescheduling**

4.1. Clients may request to reschedule their Board and Train reservation, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the original check-in date to avoid cancellation fees.

**5. Training Programs**

5.1. Our dog training programs are designed to provide guidance and instruction to both dogs and owners. The success of the training program depends on the owner's active participation, practice, and consistency in applying the techniques learned during training sessions.

5.2. While we strive to achieve positive results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as each dog's response to training may vary. The owner acknowledges that training results are influenced by factors beyond our control, including the dog's temperament and behavior.

**6. Health and Vaccination Requirements**

6.1. All dogs participating in our training programs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. Proof of vaccination may be required at the time of check-in.

**7. Liability**

7.1. The client understands and acknowledges that dog training involves inherent risks, and it is the responsibility of the owner to inform us of any known behavioral issues or medical conditions related to the dog.

7.2. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the dogs in our care, the client agrees that we shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from the dog's participation in our training programs.

**8. Photography and Promotion**

8.1. We reserve the right to take photographs or videos during training sessions for promotional and marketing purposes. Client consent is assumed unless explicitly declined in writing.

**9. Acceptance of Terms**

9.1. By booking our dog training services, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
